ASD123.ai provides browser-based text utilities, including an Optimizer for text cleanup and an Anonymizer for exploring local PII detection and anonymization workflows. The tools are provided for informational, productivity, and demonstration purposes.

3. Local Processing and Third-Party Model Downloads

Text processing is designed to run locally in your browser. Optional AI detection modes may download model files from third-party providers such as Hugging Face. These model downloads do not require your text to be sent to those providers, but those providers may receive normal technical request data when serving files.

4. Experimental Anonymizer

The Anonymizer is an experimental proof of concept. It may miss sensitive information, detect false positives, or produce incomplete anonymization. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it, especially in legal, medical, financial, regulated, or confidential contexts.

5. No Professional Advice

ASD123.ai does not provide legal, compliance, security, medical, or financial advice. The tools do not guarantee GDPR, nDSG, HIPAA, or other regulatory compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, overload, or interfere with the website or hosting infrastructure.
• Do not represent tool output as certified, audited, or guaranteed anonymization.
• Do not use the tools as the sole safeguard for high-risk personal data without independent review.

7. Your Responsibility for Content

You remain responsible for the text, files, and other content you process with ASD123.ai, including whether you have the right to process that content and whether the resulting output is suitable for your intended use.

8. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or tools at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser, device, model, or third-party dependency.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASD123.ai and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, or for losses arising from reliance on tool output.

11. Governing Law
